HI, Chuck .Again, many, many thanks! I have already sent an email to the office to let
them know how great you are!! The difference between you and everyone else is
like night and day. As I mentioned, I have been waiting since last October
for work to be done. Then they finally made several appointments in April
and May (for which I took the day off from work each time) and never showed
up for any of them and didn't call. I tried calling the office to find out
what was going on, but you rarely can get anyone "live" on the phone - only
a voicemail. When you finally get to talk with someone, you get nothing but
short answers and excuses. Anyway, I could go on and on, but it's finally finished and I am putting this whole nightmare behind me! Thanks again,

I canít believe you were able to find my problem so quickly. Two other places I called said it would take hours! Everything has been working great thanks to RVTECH.

Hey, Chuck! Thanks for dealing with my extended warranty and replacing the water heater in my trailer. You guys were great and went the extra mile to check my gas flow and everything. I really missed having hot water and I thought it would take forever to fix but it was diagnosed, ordered, and installed really fast. I will always call you when I need service
RVTECH saved me a lot of aggravation! I went on to their website and was able to get a custom made holding tank for my trailer and they installed it the next day. They also showed me some other things that needed attention and Chuck helped me to get everything done on my budget. Thanks Guys!
Thanks to RVTECH for fixing my air conditioner under warranty. Nobody else wanted to do it. My motorhome is now nice and cool here in Florida. It was worth a small service charge not to have to put everything away and drive 25 miles to the dealer.
I never thought I would find a reliable on site repair guy, but Chuck at RVTECH is the guy. He stays around Florida all year and always calls me right back if I have a question. He spent 20 minutes on the phone with me to help me figure out my commode problem, then directed me right to his online catalog where I got my part and fixed it myself. I told everyone in my RV resort about him.
We got stuck in Fort Myers at a campground with no electric inside my coach! I called around and nobody was available. Chuck answered his phone on the second ring and was at my site in an hour and found the problem. We left the next day and our trip wasnít ruined thanks to RVTECH.

A big storm came through and pulled my awning off the side of our rig. RVTECH did the estimate, called the insurance company, ordered the parts, and did all the repairs right at our resort. All I paid was my deductable and the rig looks like nothing ever happened. We are very grateful to the guys at RVTECH.
